Between preparing taxes and dealing with work issues, I've had very little time for fishing or fly tying. What you see below is just something I took a picture of some time ago.
I've found a little time to tie in the last couple of days, but haven't taken any pictures yet. Hope to get on that soon. I'm also happy to say that I'm going out on the float tube tomorrow morning to try once again to catch a still water trout. Something I'm not having much luck with. I've had to totally change my mindset, and I'm not quite there yet.
Honestly, I don't even remember tying this fly. However, by looking at it, I can tell as much as you can! :) Size 10 scud hook, creme thread, gold tinsel with some various dubbing colors thrown on top. The hackle looks like American Speckled Hen.
