Very similar to the previous fly post, this one mostly differs by the trailing stinger hook. The main part of the fly is tied on a shank that had the hook clipped off with wire cutters. That trailing hook is tied to the shank with heavy mono, with a small clump of marabou tied to behind some dubbing. The result is an articulated marabou fly meant for everyday trout.

That's a good looking fly. Here's a tip. Instead of using heavy monofilament line to connect the trailer, use 2X Rio Extreme Tippet or 30 pound test gel spun backing line. It won't cause bulk like heavy mono. Also it is more abrasion resistant to the cut hook shank.
Hey Denny. Your right about using gel spun or something other than mono. It's just that I have it laying around and haven't been to a fly shop since I tried tying these things. Hopefully, I'll get to one in the next week or so.
